1. Application & features & parameters for Metal Shredder
Hydraulic system makes pushing device run and motors pass power into rotor by belt and gearbox. Rotor upper and bottom stator blades will work as cutting motion. Materials are fed into the hopper and pushed by pushing chamber between rotor blades, upper and bottom stator blades. After being shred, fed materials will become granules. Power device: smart hydraulic control, when fragile materials are shred, oil cylinder will run at the best speed.
Rotor: V type configuration with edge cutters on two sides to prevent material accumulation.
Rotor is made of bead welding and wearing layer processing with the merit of long-life shredding very hard & wear-resistant materials.
Pushing device: Its outer steel plate and pushing chamber are finely processed and kept space. Pushing chamber is made of thickening-processed bottom plates which prevent materials from causing big influence on them.
Screen: Various screens can be chosen for different shredding requests and materials.
To keep operator safe, machine will automatically stop when its screen is opened.
